Bea Johnson jagab oma saladusi jäätmevaba elu saavutamisel. Ta räägib viie põhimõtte (keeldu, vähenda, taaskasuta, võtta ringlusse, komposteeri) olulisusest ning lükkab ümber mitmed väärarusaamad, näidates, et jäätmevaba elustiil saab olla mitte ainult stiilne, vaid ka viia oluliste tervisekasude ning raha ja aja kokkuhoiuni.

Bea räägib oma isiklikust teekonnast humoorikalt, kirega ning jutlustamata. Tema hinnangutevaba lähenemine inspireerib ka oma tegevusi ümber hindama ning muutma. Ta jagab mitmeid praktilisi nõuandeid kuidas elada lihtsamalt ning vähendada jäätmehulka, kuid veelgi olulisemalt, kuidas olla õnnelik ümbritsetuna tarbimisühiskonnast.

Bea perekond on pühendunud jäätmevabale elustiilile ning nende kodus tekib aastas vähem kui liitrijagu jäätmeid. Oma blogi ja raamatu “Zero Waste Home”‘ga insipireerib Bea inimesi üle maailma elama lihtsamalt ning asutada vastu tarbetule raiskamisele.

One of most known zero waste lifestyle promoters in the world – Bea Johnson is visiting Estonia!

Bea Johnson shares her secrets to achieving Zero Waste. She covers the importance of applying her 5R’s in order (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rot) and shatters misconceptions, proving that the Zero Waste lifestyle can not only be “stylish”, but also lead to significant health benefits, and time and money savings.

She manages to talk about her personal journey with humor and without preaching. Her non-judgmental approach will inspire self-reflection and change. Bea talks about her lifestyle with passion and provides many practical solutions to living simply and reducing waste, but more importantly, finding happiness in our consumerist society.

Bea Johnson and her family are dedicated to living a Zero Waste lifestyle; they generate less than a litre of waste per year. Through her blog and with her book, Zero Waste Home, Bea inspires a growing international community to live simply and take a stance against needless waste.
